Terms of service

By using the services of Retiro Running, you agree to comply with the following terms of use:

Exclusive Use for Personal Purposes: Retiro Running services may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless expressly allowed by Retiro Running or stated otherwise in the specific terms and conditions of the service.

Intellectual Property Rights: The provision of services by Retiro Running does not grant any right to use for commercial or promotional purposes, nor does it constitute a waiver or grant of any intellectual property rights.

Attendance at Events: Access to Retiro Running events is subject to venue availability. In case of insufficient capacity, Retiro Running reserves the right to remove the member from the event. In the event of event cancellation, extension, or elimination, no claims or complaints will be accepted from the member.

Manipulation of Ratings or Reviews: It is strictly prohibited to manipulate ratings or reviews of Retiro Running services through any means, including bots, scripts, or automated processes. Additionally, providing or accepting any form of compensation or incentive by the member to manipulate ratings or reviews is prohibited.

Responsibility for Belongings: The member is responsible for their belongings at all times during Retiro Running events.

Health Responsibility: You are responsible for your own health. You must be aware of your physical condition before participating in any event. By signing up for our events, you acknowledge that you are capable of exercising ("Running") without health issues. Otherwise, if this leads to injuries or harm, Retiro Running is not responsible for the incidents.

Event Responsibility: You are responsible for incidents such as theft, robbery, violation, minor or major injuries, murder, external damage to the park, accidents caused by other group members, external factors, weather, or supernatural events. Retiro Running, its organizers, staff members, and other members are not liable for incidents that occur within and outside Retiro Running events.

Misuse of the Retiro Running Brand: It is strictly prohibited to use the Retiro Running brand as plagiarism or engage in activities in its name without authorization from the organizers. Any infringement will lead to immediate expulsion and legal action.

Access to Our Services: You can only access our services by using the Meetup app to register for events. If not used, Retiro Running is not responsible if the event is at full capacity, and you cannot attend without the right to claim or report.

Sale of Audiovisual Content or Merchandising Material: Delivery times for purchased content or materials may vary depending on availability and the production and transportation process.

Premium Services: Premium members will have priority in the confirmation of Meet&Chill events. They must confirm their attendance within the specified timeframe. If they need more time, Retiro Running is not responsible if the capacity is filled by other premium or non-premium members.

Respect for Others: Harassing, insulting, hurting, or causing harm, whether verbal, physical, or psychological, to any member, organizer, staff, team, and the Retiro Running environment is strictly prohibited. Failure to respect these rules will have consequences.

Retiro Running reserves the right to monitor members' use of services to ensure compliance with these terms of use. Any use that violates these rules constitutes a serious breach of this agreement.
