At Retiro Running, we are committed to providing you with a hassle-free and high-quality shopping experience. Despite our efforts to ensure the availability of all products, exceptional situations may arise that require the cancellation of a purchase. Below, we outline our purchase options cancellation policy.
Cancellation Reasons:
Out of Stock: If, for any reason, one or more of the products you have purchased are not available in our inventory or cannot be delivered for any reason, we will proceed to cancel that specific part of your purchase. We will refund the corresponding amount as soon as possible.
System Errors: If a system failure occurs that results in the sale of products we do not have available, we will need to cancel the purchase. In this case, we will refund the full amount of the purchase.
Fraudulent Payments: To maintain a safe and reliable environment for all our customers, we reserve the right to cancel any purchase we deem suspicious of fraud. In such cases, a refund will be issued, and the purchase will be voided.
Users Expelled from the Community: If a user has been previously expelled from the Retiro Running community for violating our policies or rules, we will not allow them to make purchases in our store. Any purchase by an expelled user will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.
Cancellation and Refund Process:
In the event of cancellation of a purchase for any of the reasons mentioned above, we will inform you immediately via email and refund the corresponding amount. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
